Just called to make an enquiry. I didn't even get the chance to ask my question before the lady on the phone rudely and aggressively spoke over me and said "no accommodation till 16th January" so unprofessional and extremely rude. I'm sure Big4 would be disgusted to hear that someone like that was representing their brand.
Owners lovely. They make your stay special. Wednesday morning teas a treat.Staff are so pleasant and the park is immculate.
Been going to big4 tathtra for allmost 10 years. And everytime i go there it just gets better. Staff are very freindly and helpfull.The park is spotless clean and very kid safe my family loves it here
The amenities are absolutely spotless including perfect camp kitchen, BBQ area and toilets and showers are all so clean. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.
The best caravan park we have ever stayed in. Amenities spotless and camp kitchen and barbecue area had excellent facilities. Didn't get to swim in the pool, as we were helping out with bushfire relief, but it looked sparkling and inviting. Greg and Kerry fantastic hosts and all staff friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.
